Our services are delivered on a customizable basis to meet your company's engagement model. Our staff works on projects on-site, off-site, and short-notice situations. All professionals are background checked and have the capability to obtain government security clearances if required. Client engagements are treated confidentially.
Technical staff
DSi provides highly trained personnel to meet your project needs. These services are typically provided on an hourly basis with bi-weekly billing. Conversion to full time staff is supported with pre-negotiated contract terms. DSI does not "place and forget" personnel on client contracts. All engagements have a monthly review of project status, deliverables, and progress towards client's goals. Clients are contacted monthly to review DSI staff performance and project progression.
Project management
If you need a compliment of trained professional project managers and planners we can deliver. Our team has direct experience in keeping projects on track and moving forward. DSI will allocate either dedicated or shared managers and planners based on project requirements. We strive to have our project team seamlessly integrate into your management team and understand the goals, motivations, and business problems unique to your environment.
Product development
Our background in product development is key in keeping time to market at a minimum. Our focus is not just the technology side but also the real world efforts to support sales and marketing. DSI understands the cycle of project idea to planning to development to proof-of-concept to early adopters .. to general availability. Engagements can be fixed price, T&M, fee for component, revenue sharing, or business line shares. Each engagement is carefully crafted to offer our clients and DSI a win-win scenario.
