Account Manager/Recruiter
Locate and background technical personnel for client engagements and placements
Leverage Internet databases like Dice, LinkdeIn, and CL to identify talent
Conduct client calls and in-person interviews for contracts and service fulfillment
Place qualified candidates in open job requirements
Schedule interviews with in-house technical specialists, sales staff, and clients
Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, monitor engagement progress
Develop rapport with qualified candidates and clients
Compensation DOE and is targeted at individuals who want to build and have ownership in business portfolio.
Telecommute, area business travel as account load requires.

Web Application Developer - PHP and MySQL
DSI is seeking a developer to work on a website for a university study of veterinarian cancer trials. This site is used to provide animal intake, referral, and treatment management. Ability to work with open source and agile development in small teams is key. Skills we are seeking:
• Solid LAMP stack knowledge (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
• PHP5
• Help define and document product requirements, understand a “sprint”
• Work with small team, execute and develop features and prototypes based on medical team feedback
• Experience working with relational databases MySQL(preferred) , SQL Server, or Oracle
• 2+ years of experience in LAMP development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Can work independently
• Experience with PHP Unit Testing
